Safety at iRISE SAFETY AT IRISE
At iRISE India Pvt. Ltd., safety is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, contractors, and other stakeholders. We believe that everyone has the right to work in an environment that is free from harm and that safety is essential to our success.
At iRISE, Safety is a habit and not a mere compulsion as we believe that Each life counts!
To ensure safety at our worksites, we provide regular training to our employees and contractors on safety procedures, best practices, and relevant regulations. This includes training on the proper use of equipment and machinery. We also conduct regular hazard identification and assessment to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them. This includes assessing the safety of equipment and machinery, identifying and addressing potential hazards on construction and mining sites, and conducting regular safety inspections.
We have an established system for incident reporting and investigation to track and analyse incidents, near-misses, and injuries. This includes reporting incidents in a timely and accurate manner, investigating incidents to identify their root causes and taking appropriate action to prevent future incidents.
We conduct daily tool box talks at all our construction sites to sensitize workers about importance of Safe working. We share experiences of incidents having taken place in the past and share learnings from such incidents.
